Stacey Muirhead Capital Management Ltd. is a boutique investment management firm founded by Jeffrey Stacey in 1994 and located in Waterloo, Ontario. We offer two exempt market funds to Canadian accredited investors with a minimum $150,000 initial investment. Each fund operates under the same investment objectives, with one fund for registered funds, and the other for non-registered funds.

Our Team
Jeffrey D. Stacey | Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Jeffrey Stacey is the founder of Stacey Muirhead Capital Management Ltd. and he has almost 40 years of investment industry experience. Jeff has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Jeff has been involved with several charitable and corporate boards throughout his career. He has served on several investment committees including for two Canadian universities. In addition, he has served on the advisory boards for two Canadian university student managed investment funds.
Jeff is married and has two children. Personal interests include hiking, fitness, reading, travelling, and playing drums.
Mark C. Eamer | President and Chief Operating Officer
Mark joined Stacey Muirhead Capital Management Ltd. in November 2013 and has assumed the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Stacey Muirhead Capital Management Ltd., Mark was a partner with Hemmerich, Flanagan, Kratz, Eamer and McRae LLP, a local chartered accounting firm. Mark has over 15 years of experience providing accounting, auditing and tax services to owners-managed, entrepreneurial and tech-based businesses in the Waterloo Region. Mark also has previous experience with national accounting firms Ernst & Young LLP and BDO Canada LLP.
Mark is an active member of the local community. He has held various Board and committee positions with not-for-profit agencies and is an alumnus of Leadership Waterloo Region (Class of 2004). In 2008, Mark was a recipient of the Waterloo Region Record's inaugural Top 40 Under 40 award.
Mark graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Master of Accounting degree in 1995, and is a CPA, CA. He is married with two children.
Rosalie B. Grosbein | Senior Associate
Rosalie Grosbein is a Senior Associate with Stacey Muirhead Capital Management having joined the firm in July 2007. Her responsibilities include administrative support to all areas of the firm.
Prior to joining Stacey Muirhead Capital Management, Rosalie worked for a national multi-location retail company for approximately sixteen years in a number of different capacities. Her duties ranged from a sales associate to store manager and in the last number of years in the accounting and treasury department at Head Office.
